Araven’s GastroNorm flouring dish has a lid that can be used as a GastroNorm tray by just turning it over, which is very useful for placing food on whilst in the process of preparation. In addition, it is three times lighter than steel. It is also more hygienic and safer, as it has no sharp edges and no nooks where food remains can accumulate.
