Specifically designed for use with the Polyscience Smoking Gun, these wood chippings are chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited. This controlled method of burning ensures that a little goes a long way!
Popular in the USA, hickory smoking wood chips are ideal for smoking a wide variety of food including ribs, pork, brisket and anything else where BBQ sauce is to be used.
These chips can also be used on the BBQ to flavour food; simply sprinkle the chippings onto the coals just before cooking the food or near the end of the cooking time.
